Today's meditation - Blessings through Obedience

If you fully obey the lord your God and carefully keep all his commands that I am giving you today, the lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the world. - Deuteronomy 28:1

Many times we wonder and ask ourselves, what is the recipe of receiving God's blessings and fulfilling His promises for us. The answer is given to us by the Holy Spirit through God's powerful and everliving Word. God's promises which are given to us from the time of Adam and still continue can be ours if we believe, put our trust, and have ultimate faith on His words. If the believe, have trust and faith on His word, then we will surely obey His Words no matter what may come.

During the time of peace and happiness it is easy to say that we trust on His words and promises, however if we do it at the time of our trials and unpleasant circumstances, then we can truly say that we stand by His promises. If we say that we stand by His promises, then it means we trust on His Words and promises, if we trust His promises then we have ultimate faith on His promises, if we say we have faith on His promise then we will obey His Words and promises to always please our Father God.

If we obey the Word of God, then as King David declared, "Surely God's blessings will follow me all the days of mine', we can also declare it confidentiality.
