1 Thessalonians 3:3 Keep your hopes up in timea of troubles
and to keep you from being shaken by the troubles you were going through. But you know that we are destined for such troubles.
1 Thessalonians 3:3
Unlike as we see that a majority of Christ's followers are seeking comfort rather than taking up the cross and preach the goodnews among the unbelievers. Most of the ministers of God may have started a humble life, experiencing trouble to meet their needs, being mistreated, etc, however as the time passes, the God out of His mercy blesses them with money, resources and influence. This makes them deviate from God's true calling in their life.
They starts consider themselves as leaders than Christ's servents. Many of them even gets shaken by the trouble and temptation and give up God's ministry. It is for them who endures the trouble and temptation, God has promised His rewards. A true Christian may have to face many troubles, challenges and temptation. It may surface in many ways and many times. It is then through praying, meditation of the Word of God, holding on to His promises, gives us hope and builds up our faith.
