2 Thessalonians 3:5 Let's understand fully God's expression of love and practice patience endurance

May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.

2 Thessalonians 3:5

In this verse, Holy Spirit wants us to understand fully God's expression of love and practice patience endurance. Both does comes from God. If God does not fill our hearts with love, we cannot love one another. That is why God expressed His love by even sacrificing His only begotten Son to redeen human beings from sin. Sin separates us from God. 

Because God is pure, He cannot associate with sin or sinners. However, our Lord Jesus Christ paid the full price on the cross to redeem us. Now our every sin is being carried by Christ. When enemy raises a question about the sin we have committed, God says, i have forgiven it for the sake of Jesus Christ.

However, when we take a stand against sin to stay pure and love one another, we may have to face trials and temptations. It's when Jesus Christ through Holy Spirit gives us patience endurance to overcome them. It takes courage to stay calm on the face of trials and temptations. This can be achieved only with the help of our Lord Jesus Christ.
